Tornado Outbreak is an action-adventure video game developed by Loose Cannon Studios and published by Konami in 2009. The game was announced at the Electronic Entertainment Expo 2009 under the title Zephyr: Rise of The Elementals.

The game centers around a young Air Elemental named Zephyr who's mission is to use the destructive power of a tornado in an effort to restore several orbs belonging to an anti-matter being known as Omegaton.
