Tokimeki Memorial Starter Basic Set (ときめきメモリアル スターター基本セット, Tokimeki Memoriaru Sutātā Kihon Setto) is a Japanese collectible card game based on the video game of the same name, property of Konami Digital Entertainment Tokyo. The card game was debuted on July 1999 exclusively in Japan and it is the celebrated on 5th anniversary on the first game.
