Tokimeki Memorial Girl's Side: 4th Heart (ときめきメモリアル Girl's Side 4th Heart) is the 2021 sequel to Tokimeki Memorial Girl's Side: 3rd Story and the eighth main game in Konami's Tokimeki Memorial dating sim series. The game is scheduled for release on the Nintendo Switch on October 28, 2021.

It was first announced by Konami during the Tokimeki Memorial: Girl’s Side Days 2019 event for a 2020 release. On October 19, 2020, it was revealed to be in development for the Nintendo Switch.
During Girl's Side Days 2019, five main characters and one side character were revealed: Nozomu Sassa, Iku Honda, Minoru Nanatsumori, Yanosuke Hiiragi, and Ryouta Kazama, along with the return of Goro Hanatsubaki. On July 18 of the same year, the game's official title was announced, and Inori Himuro was officially revealed. In September, Kojiro Mikage was revealed as the homeroom teacher. On April 21, 2021, the last main character, Daichi Shirahane, was announced on the Habataki Watcher Twitter and the series' official website. On July 1st, 2021 the still-unnamed secret character was also revealed, although not much information is known about him.
Reiko Komatsubara, who designed the characters of the first three games, is once again the character designer. However, the series' previous producer of the past three games, Akari Uchida, has left Konami and was not involved in production. The game will feature full voice acting and Live2D animation.
