NEW Love Plus (NEW ラブプラス New Rabu Purasu) is a dating sim developed and published by Konami for the Nintendo 3DS and released on February 14, 2012. The game is a remake of the original Love Plus for the Nintendo DS. An updated version of NEW Love Plus called New Love Plus + was released on March 27, 2014.
In addition to more polished graphics, many new features have been added, such as the ability to play the game horizontally, when previously the game could only be played vertically.
Advertised in Konami's website is the new Kareshi Lock feature. It uses the 3DS's camera to facially recognize the player.
