Adventure Island is a series of platformer games developed by Hudson Soft. The series first Adventure Island's game was an adaptation of the arcade game, Wonder Boy, but the series next games were totally independants. The franchise of Adventure Island is now the property of Konami, since its absorption of Hudson Soft in 2012.
