Batman Returns is a beat 'em up game developed and published by Konami and released in 1993 for the Super Nintendo. The game is based on the movie of the same name. Konami also developed a NES version.
The game was universally praised upon release, in modern retrospective reviews it has been said to be among the best Batman games ever made.
